Thundercat Racing is a combination of Circuit, Flat water and Long Distance Racing. New Zealand is the only country in the world to run an annual "surf haul" race. Surf haul is long distance race run entirely within the surf line (more details can be found on www.thundercatracing.co.nz). Aquarius inflatable are designed to provided outstanding performance in all conditions, with carbon fibre nose cones and Stainless steel transoms make these boats more rigid, and durable than our competitors

These catamarans are designed to sit with only a minimal surface area in the water. This ensures good top speed. They are also very light weight. Due to the size and structure of these boats they can turn on a dime as well as being able to access areas other boats do not dare. The Hijackers are designed so the boats can be landed on sandy beach's at speed. These boats are ideal for diving, fishing, spear fishing and racing.

These boats are not only comfortable racing but can also be used for fishing, spear fishing, kite surfing, diving, and Marlin fishing.

The boats have two main pontoons which are baffled in the middle, so that if the boat was to be deflated either front or rear the other half of the deflated side stays inflated to ensure you get back to shore. The Pontoons are heat welded to ensure a quality build.

Thundercat race boat:

• The hulls have a fibreglass or carbon fibre  nose cone. They are designed to allow the boat to maximize lift and stay on a plane more easily while also maintaining a light but strong structure.
• Aquarius Thundercats are the only manufacturer to offer full stainless wash through transom. The stainless steel offers exception rigidity and longevity.  You can easily mount a 30 to 50 horse power motor on the transom.

The floor boards are made fibreglass over hard marine plywood, and in covered PVC, these can also be upgraded to carbon fibre. (P.O.A.)
